Geogrid can be woven or knitted from yarns, heat-welded from strips of material, or produced by punching a regular pattern of holes in sheets of material, then stretched into a grid. The geogrid is a geosynthetic material with large openings or apertures, it is widely used to reinforce, stabilize soils and similar materials for walls, subbases or subsoils below roads or structures, paving overlays.
